Biography
Elena Utenkova-Tikhonova was born in Moscow.
She graduated from Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov.
Member of the Moscow Union of Artists.
She was awarded by the Honorary Diploma of Moscow Union of Artists.
Laureate of the Moscow International Exhibition-Competition “Golden Brush”.
Lives and works in Moscow and Tarusa.
Elena’s works are held in collections of: The Saratov State art museum after A. Radishchev, Russia; Museum Kuskovo, Russia; “Tarusa Art Gallery”, Russia; Art Gallery Ustyuzhna, Russia;; magazine “Our Heritage”: Museum Batyushkov, Dubrovitsy, Russia; Nizhny Tagil Fine Arts Museum, Russia; Pier Luigi collection Selma, Bologna, Italy; and in private collections in Russia, Europe, USA, Japan and other countries.
