Biography
Karina Nazarova was born in 1949.
1973 – Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Printing Arts
1975 – Involved in Youth, Union and International exhibitions.
1977 – Member of the Union of Artists.
2011 – Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Arts.
Karina Nazarova`s works are held at The State Hermitage Museum, Museum of Art Culture of Russian North, Arkhangelsk, Vologda Regional Art Gallery, The Art Gallery of Gzhatsk, Omsk Regional Museum of Fine arts named after M. Vrubel, The State Picture Gallery, Tbilisi, Art Gallery of Kutaisi, Picture Gallery of Sumy (Ukraine), in the collection of the Union of Artists of Russia, Moscow, in the collection of the International Confederation of Unions of Artists, Moscow, in the collection of Gallery “Intercolor”, Moscow, in the collection of SDM Bank, Moscow, in the collection of Gallery “Yavlenie”, Moscow. Some works are part of the collections in the museums of Poland and Bulgaria as well as of private collections in Moscow, USA, Belgium, England, Ireland.
