“Art talks over tea” took place at The Design Centre ARTPLAY on Sunday, Desember 18, 2016
The first part of it was dedicated to the meeting with the famous Moscow artist Igor Snegur who have presented his new book “Paintings. Graphic Works. Diary. Thoughts. Talks. Essay”.
The second part was Vladimir Pankratov’s performing his poetry and songs.
