On September 22, 2016 The East Meets West Gallery will present a series of exhibitions under the name “Nude: Nudo, Nu, Desnudo” at The Design Centre ARTPLAY. The Gallery plans to hold a few other exhibitions under the same title during the 2016-17 season.
The first exhibition “Nude: Nudo, Nu, Desnudo” combines graphics and easel works by members of the group “Art Box” (Umit Beck, Tatiana Ipatenko, Vladimir Kurdyukov, Tatiana Holevo, Valentin Chopyk, Arthur Shuvalov) and works of other painters and sculptors also connected with postmodernism: Natalia Georgadze, Valery Blokhin, Nalbi Bugashev, Vladimir Nikolayevsky, Tagir Subkhankulov, Maria Kalmykova and Maxim Protsenko.
