East Meets West Gallery continues the tradition of the interactive exchange with children during the creative art seminars, which we have started a year ago at our first environmental art-project “Organica”.
The first event took place on April 1, 2012 at the Polytechnic Museum on the premises of the second environmental art-project “the Power of Water”. The program included the first master-class of the intuitive painting for children, environmental lesson “Clean Moscow water or a fascinating journey through the water pipes”, games and the cartoons dedicated to Water issues, as well as the tour of the exhibition “The Power of Water”.
The program was sponsored by MGUP “Mosvodokanal” and East Meets West Gallery.
Having made this journey, children will get to know how Water comes in their house:
the history of the Moscow water supply,
how to prepare drinking water,
how to clean water,
some simple ways you can save water,
rational way of using water at home.
