Biography

Alexey Lantsev was born in 1970 in Krasnodar, in the southwest of Russia.
After Krasnodar Art College he entered the Surikov Academy of Fine Art in Moscow where he studied in the studio of the late master, Professor Nilkolai Andronov. Upon graduation Alexey successfully participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions.
His works are very well known in Europe. His latest shows includes: Germany, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Russia.
He currently lives and works in Moscow.

Alexey’s works are in private collections in Russia, England, France, Israel, Chine, Iceland, Italy, the USA, in the collections of Mstislav Rostropovich and Galina Vishnevskaya, Natianal Bank of Iceland, Raiffeisen Bank, Clifford Chans, Deutsche Bank (Germany), Standard&Poor`s, Krasbank, Wolfson College (Cambridge, UK), as well as in the museum-reserve “Abramtsevo” and Novosibirsk Art Museum.
